Gallery Manager – Amelia Johnson Contemporary. Hong Kong

Amelia Johnson Contemporary is a well-established contemporary art gallery dedicated to promoting groundbreaking work by international artists. The gallery is looking for a highly versatile and polished individual with at least two years of relevant experience.

Job Description:
· general management of the gallery space and staff · planning, scheduling and managing exhibitions
· overseeing artist relationships
· managing external communications and PR
· liaising with clients and managing sales

Requirements:
· At least two years or more of related work experience
· Strong creative sense, detail-oriented, responsible and independent
· Knowledge of contemporary art
· Well organized, self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects and exhibitions under tight deadlines
· Excellent team spirit, willing to learn and has passion for the industry
· Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign is a plus * Immediate availability is preferable
