Arts Catalyst Seeks Programme Curator

An exciting opportunity for an experienced creative curator-producer to plan, produce and deliver Arts Catalyst’s artistic programme in close cooperation with the Artistic Director.

Hours:       Part time, 32 hours per week (4 days) per week
Salary:       £22,400 per annum (£28,000 pro rata)
Location:   London

Arts Catalyst is one of the UK’s most distinctive arts organisations, distinguished by ambitious artists’ commissions that engage with the ideas and impact of science and technology. It is a non-profit organisation, funded by Arts Council England as a National Portfolio Organisation. Arts Catalyst is based at its new Centre for Art, Science & Technology in King’s Cross, London, and continues to work on partnership projects nationally and internationally.

The Programme Curator will be responsible for the delivery and development of innovative artists’ projects (nationally and at Arts Catalyst’s Centre in London), visionary exhibitions and offsite projects, which can also reach a broad audience. This will include seeking and nurturing partnerships with galleries, museums, festivals and other organisations, both nationally and internationally.

They will work with the team to creatively input and to deliver planned activities in 2017, whilst developing new projects for 2018 and beyond.
